Ingredients (2 servings)

- 2 pieces of Oriental Crispy Noodle
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic oil
- 1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 600 mL water
- Spring onion (for garnish)

Vegetable mix
- Carrots (shredded)
- Vegetables
- Dried shiitake mushroom (pre-soaked and thinly sliced)

Seasoning
- 3 tablespoon of Tai Hua light soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Corn starch (optional)

Seafood
- Small prawns (deshelled)
- Squid (sliced)
Cooking Step

Heat up a wok
-
Pour cooking oil and garlic oil to heat for 1 minute

Add seafood and stir-fry for 1 minute

Add vegetable mix and stir-fry lightly

Add water, and continue to heat until liquid bubbles

Pour egg, seasoning, and corn starch (optional)

Place noodles in a wide, medium bowl

Pour ingredients from wok onto the noodle and drizzle with sesame oil

Garnish with spring onions and serve
