Crispy Noodles

Ingredients (2 servings)

    • 2 pieces of Oriental Crispy Noodle
    • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic oil
    • 1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
    • 1 egg (beaten)
    • 600 mL water
    • Spring onion (for garnish)
  • Vegetable mix

    • Carrots (shredded)
    • Vegetables
    • Dried shiitake mushroom (pre-soaked and thinly sliced)
  • Seasoning

    • 3 tablespoon of Tai Hua light soya sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of white pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • Corn starch (optional)
  • Seafood

    • Small prawns (deshelled)
    • Squid (sliced)

Cooking Step

  • Heat up a wok

  • Pour cooking oil and garlic oil to heat for 1 minute

  • Add seafood and stir-fry for 1 minute

  • Add vegetable mix and stir-fry lightly

  • Add water, and continue to heat until liquid bubbles

  • Pour egg, seasoning, and corn starch (optional)

  • Place noodles in a wide, medium bowl

  • Pour ingredients from wok onto the noodle and drizzle with sesame oil

  • Garnish with spring onions and serve
