Seafood Noodles
星洲海鲜炒面
Ingredients (2 servings)

- 2 pieces Vegetarian Noodle
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1.5 L water
- Spring onions, for garnish (chopped)

Vegetable mix
- 1/2 carrot (shredded)
- 1/2 cabbage (shredded)
- 4 dried shiitake mushrooms (pre-soaked and thinly sliced)

Seasoning
- 4 tablespoon stir-fry sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Seafood
- 1 squid (sliced)
- 6 small prawns (deshelled)
Cooking Step

Place noodles in a large bowl and pour boiling water to soak for 2 minutes. Loosen up noodles occasionally with a fork or chopsticks. Drain noodles and set aside

In a heated saucepan, add cooking oil and sugar until caramelized. Add garlic oil

Stir-fry vegetable mix and seafood for 5 seconds

Add noodles and seasoning. Stir-fry to evenly toss ingredients at low heat

Garnish with spring onion and serve
