Seafood Noodles

Ingredients (2 servings)

    • 2 pieces Vegetarian Noodle
    • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
    • 1 tablespoon garlic oil
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1.5 L water
    • Spring onions, for garnish (chopped)
  • Vegetable mix

    • 1/2 carrot (shredded)
    • 1/2 cabbage (shredded)
    • 4 dried shiitake mushrooms (pre-soaked and thinly sliced)
  • Seasoning

    • 4 tablespoon stir-fry sauce
    • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Seafood

    • 1 squid (sliced)
    • 6 small prawns (deshelled)

Cooking Step

  • Place noodles in a large bowl and pour boiling water to soak for 2 minutes. Loosen up noodles occasionally with a fork or chopsticks. Drain noodles and set aside

  • In a heated saucepan, add cooking oil and sugar until caramelized. Add garlic oil

  • Stir-fry vegetable mix and seafood for 5 seconds

  • Add noodles and seasoning. Stir-fry to evenly toss ingredients at low heat

  • Garnish with spring onion and serve
